St. Jude Unit

St. Jude was one of he Apostles of Jesus, He was the brother of St.James the less and thus a cousin of our Lord. The cult of Saint Jude, whois the patron Saint of the hospitals and who is appealed to especiallyin desperate cases, has largely increased in popularity in recent times.He is the author of the last canonical epistle. It was to St. Jude’s questionduring the Last Supper that our Lord replied that he manifests himselfonly to those who are faithful in keeping his commandments. There isa tradition that St. Jude preached the faith mainly in Palestine, but laterwent to Persia and Armenia and suffered martyrdom there.
